Terms and Conditions:
Shipping: Haniwa pays all shipping charges. If you decide not to purchase, just use the return label that was sent with the equipment. Returns must use the original shipping materials and repackaged as received.
30 Days: Starts from the time the shipper (UPS//Fedex) confirms delivery of the equipment and ends when the shipper confirms the equipment has been received for return.
Initial Payment: All payments are in US Dollars. $500 will be charged upon shipment of equipment to purchaser’s credit card. Pre-authorization for the remaining balance ($9,500) will be obtained at this time.
Return Credit: If your return has been received within the 30 day period and without damage you will receive a $500 refund on the credit card that was charged. The pre-authorization will be cancelled.
Purchase Payment: If you have decided to keep the equipment, or do not return the equipment within 30 days, your card will be charged for the balance due of $9,500.
Damage: All shipments will be insured during delivery and return. Should the shipment arrive damaged contact us immediately. Should the equipment be damaged while in your possession you will be charged for the damaged item(s).
